Estas casas se concibieron en un punto donde Gropius quer\u00eda bajar los costos de alquiler de casas, generar un cambio en el h\u00e1bitat, pero el habitar moderno era m\u00e1s que eso, m\u00e1s que soluci\u00f3n a problemas econ\u00f3micos, problemas sociales y culturales.
