(\u2026) Algo as\u00ed podr\u00eda decirse de la arquitectura: si siempre ha sido abierta, si la reutilizaci\u00f3n de soluciones est\u00e1 en la misma ra\u00edz de su desarrollo, si la abrumadora mayor\u00eda de las construcciones a lo largo de la historia han sido realizadas por acumulaci\u00f3n distribuida de conocimiento (\u2026) sin embargo, los hay que se plantean lo contrario. Sea con el argumento de la \u201cobra art\u00edstica intocable\u201d esgrimido por\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Santiago_Calatrava#Cr.C3.ADticas\" target=\"_blank\">Calatrava<\/a> m\u00e1s de una vez, o con una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/elmundo\/2011\/02\/09\/andalucia_sevilla\/1297257028.html\" target=\"_blank\">exigencia de derechos de autor<\/a> (\u2026) Recuerdo o\u00edr a Luis de Garrido confesar, como quien no quiere la cosa, que las tipolog\u00edas de vivienda bioclim\u00e1tica que estaba mostrando estaban patentadas por \u00e9l mismo.
