El Ayuntamiento de Madrid reactiva la operaci\u00f3n Calder\u00f3n aprobando en el pleno el\u00a0plan urban\u00edstico del \u00e1rea del estadio del Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid. El coliseo rojiblanco ser\u00e1 derribado para construir dos torres de 36 pisos, ocho bloques y un gran parque. El pr\u00f3ximo alcalde tendr\u00e1\u00a0<strong>que llevarlo a cabo, aunque ahora el planteamiento urban\u00edstico est\u00e1<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>parado en los tribunales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>19 de febrero de 2015. El Ayuntamiento de Madrid recupera del caj\u00f3n y aprueba la revisi\u00f3n del\u00a0Plan de la operaci\u00f3n Chamart\u00edn, donde se construir\u00e1n 17.000 viviendas, adem\u00e1s de oficinas y comercios. La iniciativa cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Comunidad de Madrid y el Ministerio de Fomento. El plan se encuentra ahora en el proceso de alegaciones, y la alcaldesa, Ana Botella,\u00a0<strong>decidi\u00f3 aplazar el pleno que lo ratifique para que el proyecto cuente con el mayor consenso,<\/strong>por eso ya ser\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima legislatura.
