Situada en Plano (Illinois, Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica) y dise\u00f1ada y construida entre 1946 y 1951, esta obra representa uno de los mejores ejemplos de la arquitectura de vivienda unifamiliar del siglo XX, y en general de la Arquitectura Internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La casa, construida en acero y vidrio, es una muestra m\u00e1s del amor de Mies van der Rohe por la sencillez arquitect\u00f3nica y la perfecci\u00f3n en los detalles constructivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La vivienda se sit\u00faa en una parcela de 24 hect\u00e1reas a orillas del r\u00edo Fox, a unos 90 km al sur de Chicago.
