Fotograf\u00eda: PP Comunidad de Madrid (<a href=\"https:\/\/creativecommons.org\/licenses\/by\/2.0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CC BY 2.0<\/a>).<\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos hacen llegar una nueva carta para nuestra secci\u00f3n \u201cCarta de\u2026\u201d. \u00a1Esperamos que sea de vuestro inter\u00e9s!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2114\" height=\"872\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-5L4U-6oNzo\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\">&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hola, Roc\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veo que, seg\u00fan <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/politica\/2019\/11\/15\/actualidad\/1573833991_285999.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elpais.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por lo menos ya son <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tres los proyectos que firmaste como arquitecta mucho antes de serlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta ahora sab\u00edamos de un <\/span><b>primer acto<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el que<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">firmabas un proyecto como arquitecto mucho<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antes de serlo; un <\/span><b>segundo acto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con una certificaci\u00f3n de obra <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fechada <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nuevamente <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el a\u00f1o 2003, y un <\/span><b>tercer acto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tu firma<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vuelve a aparecer <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en un proyecto de la misma \u00e9poca<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Con todo ello, me animo a proponer como t\u00edtulo para <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">esta<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> serie: <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/2019\/10\/28\/rocio-monasterio-arquitecto-desde-el-2003\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roc\u00edo Monasterio, la arquitecta que susurraba a los clientes<\/a>.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porque, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las irregularidades legales que parece que se fueron cometiendo, tambi\u00e9n tuviste que lidiar con clientes que compraban vuestros lofts y no sospechaban nada de todo este embrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por la edad que tenemos, seguramente coincidimos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">durante <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la carrera. De hecho, me quiere sonar que s\u00ed; creo recordarte en un grupete selecto de amigos que no <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se mezclaba<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> demasiado con el populacho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero bueno, esto no tiene nada que ver con el tema en cuesti\u00f3n. <\/span><b>Yo s\u00ed termin\u00e9 la carrera en el 2003 y desde entonces pago religiosamente mi ASEMAS, mi hna y mi colegiaci\u00f3n. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subir la persiana del estudio cada mes me ha costado 800 euros de alquiler y otros tantos de \u201czarandajas\u201d necesarias para firmar mis proyectos y visarlos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrando ya en harina, es cierto que no todo lo que se firma es necesario que se colegie, pero en el momento<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que <\/span><b>tocas estructura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como parece que has hecho <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u00fa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/madrid\/Rocio-Monasterio-certificaciones-presupuestos-arquitecta_0_957504926.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la certificaci\u00f3n de obra que aparece por aqu\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el documento debe <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">firma<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por un arquitecto\/a colegiado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firmar como arquitecto sin serlo es, cuando menos, feo y requiere que el <\/span><b>COAM <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o el <\/span><b>ayuntamiento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se pronuncien <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al respecto, aunque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no ser\u00e9 yo quien me aventure a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hacerlo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De confirmarse este hecho, ir\u00eda <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contra <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las <\/span><b>normas deontol\u00f3gicas del Colegio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que quiz\u00e1 se deber\u00eda<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> plantear tu continuidad en el mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De hecho, hacerse pasar por arquitecto sin serlo es, directamente, <\/span><b>intrusismo profesional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y, si no estoy equivocado, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es un delito que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se recoge en el\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1995-25444\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art\u00edculo 403 del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">castigado con penas que no son ninguna tonter\u00eda. Todo esto por no hablar del delito de falsedad de documento p\u00fablico que tambi\u00e9n tiene tela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobre si se pueden considerar <\/span><b>obra menor o de interiorismo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el tipo de trabajos realizados, habr\u00eda que remitirse a lo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expuesto en<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1999-21567\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el art\u00edculo 10 de la Ley 38\/1999 de Ordenaci\u00f3n de la Edificaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00abTodas las intervenciones sobre los edificios existentes, siempre y cuando alteren su configuraci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el RD 1000\/2010, art\u00edculos 2, 3 y 4, nuevamente, se habla del tema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-37105 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno-550x508.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno-550x508.jpg 550w, https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno-180x166.jpg 180w, https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno-758x700.jpg 758w, https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno-316x292.jpg 316w, https:\/\/stepienybarno.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rocio-monasterio-firma-arquitecto-2003-2009-stepienybarno.jpg 1960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n es cierto que <\/span><b>todo esto que voy comentando <\/b><b>est\u00e1 en el punto de mira informativo <\/b><b>no tanto por la gravedad de la acci\u00f3n, sino por tu propia posici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En este sentido, y reconoci\u00e9ndome en las ant\u00edpodas de la l\u00ednea ideol\u00f3gica de Vox, entiendo que sea cual sea el color de la bandera de nuestros representantes p\u00fablicos, es necesario que nuestros pol\u00edticos y pol\u00edticas tengan un historial impoluto. Y si por lo que sea hay alguna mancha por el camino <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014t<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">odos somos humanos y podemos fallar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, por lo menos hay que reconocerlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si una persona se salta la ley a su conveniencia <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de forma reiterada, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pierde toda mi confianza. \u00bfTe imaginas que otros pol\u00edticos hicieran lo mismo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bueno, mala pregunta; la retiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, ante la pregunta de los periodistas sobre si estabas <\/span><b>colegiada en el 2003<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tu respuesta es: \u201cNo me acuerdo\u201d.<\/span><b> \u00a1No me acuerdo! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yo me acuerdo hasta de con qui\u00e9n cen\u00e9 ese d\u00eda. Puedes dudar sobre si fue en el 2003 o 2004, pero es que, finalmente,<\/span> <b>obtuviste <\/b><b>tu t\u00edtulo y\u00a0 tu colegiaci\u00f3n en el 2009.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n es muy extra\u00f1o que, ante el revuelo que se ha ido formando, te hayas dedicado a <\/span><b>sacar <\/b><b>tu expediente <\/b><b>de la carrera <\/b><b>en<\/b><b> Twitter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">regode\u00e1ndote <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en tus notazas. Y, por cierto, no, no son unas supernotas. Sacar buenas calificaciones en proyectos e ir al raso en el resto tampoco es algo de lo que vanagloriarse. Y que luego salga <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/loc\/famosos\/2019\/11\/01\/5dbc1789fdddff07a68b4605.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alg\u00fan catedr\u00e1tico diciendo que eras una chica muy aplicada<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nuevamente, no aporta nada relevante al debate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cuesti\u00f3n aqu\u00ed no es si eres <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o eras<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> buena chica (o no). Doy por hecho, que lo ser\u00e1s (buena chica). El debate tampoco es si eras <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">una<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estudiante aplicada o si tienes buenas dotes para proyectar. Todo esto, por suerte o por desgracia, da igual. Lo importante es que, <\/span><b>firmar como arquitecto, sin serlo, est\u00e1 mal y, si eres una figura p\u00fablica, lo menos que podemos esperar es que reaccione<\/b><b>s<\/b><b> con cierta elegancia.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y ahora t\u00fa pensar\u00e1s, en el caso de que est\u00e9s leyendo estas l\u00edneas: este hombre es un arquitecto amargado que no ha proyectado nada interesante en su vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te puedo entender, y ya te adelanto que no me dedico a hacer los proyectos que so\u00f1\u00e9 en la carrera; no s\u00f3lo t\u00fa sacabas buenas notas en proyectos. Hago una arquitectura m\u00e1s cercana a la construcci\u00f3n, con cierto sentido com\u00fan, que a la arquitectura con may\u00fasculas; pero lo que firmo y construyo lo hago con dignidad y oficio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He tenido trabajando conmigo, a lo largo de estos a\u00f1os, dos o tres arquitectos a los que he pagado siempre religiosamente y puedo decir con cierto orgullo que nunca he tenido falsos aut\u00f3nomos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He ganado dos concursos de arquitectura, con la desgracia de que ninguno de los dos se llev\u00f3 a cabo,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por lo que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sigo proyectando unifamiliares, y si tengo que poner una balaustrada, pues no se me caen los anillos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Lo que no har\u00e9 nunca ser\u00e1 jugar con los l\u00edmites legales de la profesi\u00f3n.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Porque, aunque s\u00ed es cierto que para ser arquitecto primero hay que sentirlo, luego hay que corroborarlo con la legalidad pertinente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como ves, no ha sido una carta lle<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a de improperios<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contra tu persona, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">porque <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no tengo nada en tu contra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aunque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00ed estoy muy en contra del programa pol\u00edtico de Vox.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creo que he sido lo suficientemente suave como para <\/span><b>transmitir el sentir general de una profesi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se merece <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">algo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mejor <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">salir en la prensa generalista con peque\u00f1as turbulencias como esta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fin, que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de todo esto te deseo lo mejor, y que se aclare este asunto cuanto antes. Es m\u00e1s, ni siquiera <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el caso de que se confirmaran<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las acusaciones<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre ti<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> me gustar\u00eda que se llevase a cabo el deseo de tu marido respecto a la expulsi\u00f3n de extranjeros <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">como t\u00fa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> delincuentes que reinciden en la falta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por cierto, por lo que leo en en<a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/politica\/2019\/11\/21\/actualidad\/1574324360_440883.html?utm_source=KLOSHLETTER&amp;utm_campaign=3665ebac12-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2019_11_22_05_41&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_597bc2b578-3665ebac12-56603149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> este art\u00edculo <\/a>el actor y presentador <strong>Arturo Valls<\/strong> ya ha puesto en marcha un juicio contra tu persona por una nueva presunta irregularidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras esperamos c\u00f3mo se desarrolla esta nueva\u00a0<\/span><b>entrega de la saga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, agradezco a los responsables de este blog la oportunidad de expresar mi opini\u00f3n y ojal\u00e1 pueda pasarme por aqu\u00ed otro d\u00eda para hablar de alg\u00fan tema m\u00e1s alegre.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n te puede interesar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c(\u2026) Roc\u00edo Monasterio falsific\u00f3 los planos de ejecuci\u00f3n de obras del\u00a0loft\u00a0del presentador Arturo Valls, seg\u00fan se desprende de una investigaci\u00f3n abierta por el Colegio de Aparejadores y Arquitectos T\u00e9cnicos de Madrid. La entidad ha examinado el plano publicado por este peri\u00f3dico, firmado por la l\u00edder de Vox, y concluye que el visado est\u00e1 falsificado: \u201cEl &#8216;plano de ejecuci\u00f3n calle Rodas n\u00famero 7, plano estado actual&#8217;, con el cajet\u00edn del estudio Monasterio &amp; Asociados y con una firma en color azul en dicho recuadro, no se corresponde con ning\u00fan documento que obre en los archivos de esta corporaci\u00f3n\u201d.
