Durante la sesi\u00f3n se habl\u00f3 de las claves necesarias para conseguir una construcci\u00f3n y arquitectura m\u00e1s eficiente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las reflexiones <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se acompa\u00f1aron<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de una visi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, a la vez que propositiva, sobre muchos aspectos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que resultan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fundamentales para una rehabilitaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si te apetece saber m\u00e1s sobre el evento, te animamos \u00a1a seguir leyendo!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La velada fue muy din\u00e1mica y tuvo momentos brillantes por parte de los ponentes; tod@s ell@s expertos en rehabilitaci\u00f3n sostenible de edificios. La moderaci\u00f3n fue realizada por el periodista de la Vanguardia, Antonio Cerrillo, contando como ponentes con Jordi Marrot, responsable de sostenibilidad en el Colegio de Aparejadores y Arquitectos T\u00e9cnicos de Barcelona, Bruno Sauer, director general de Green Building Council Espa\u00f1a (GBCe), Jordi Mas, arquitecto experto en Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Edificios y miembro del Grupo de Trabajo por la Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (GTR), Xavier Casanovas, profesor de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya y presidente de RehabiMed, Elvira Carles, directora de la Fundaci\u00f3n Empresa y Clima y Josep Sole, responsable T\u00e9cnico de URSA. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El encuentro es el comienzo de <\/span><b>una serie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que a buen seguro nos deparar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de una alegr\u00eda. En palabras de <\/span><b>Ram\u00f3n Ros, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">director general de URSA: \u201cEn el mundo de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n nos falta un mayor conocimiento, una mayor profesionalizaci\u00f3n y, probablemente, una regulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s exigente\u201d. Desde <\/span><b>URSA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, empresa organizadora del evento, tienen clara su apuesta por la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la necesidad de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> asumir la parte de responsabilidad que le toca a la industria para trabajar por una econom\u00eda global baja en carbono.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Siguiendo este planteamiento, <\/span><b>Josep Sol\u00e9,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> responsable del \u00c1rea T\u00e9cnica de URSA,\u00a0incidi\u00f3 en la importancia de valorar que a d\u00eda de hoy el tema de la sostenibilidad est\u00e1 a la orden del d\u00eda de cualquier congreso y <\/span><b>hace 15 a\u00f1os hab\u00eda muy pocos expertos y nulo inter\u00e9s por parte de los asistentes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Por todo ello, y los avances que se van consiguiendo y reconociendo que hay mucho por hacer, Sol\u00e9, se mostr\u00f3 optimista.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lKEMSlNLlrU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrevista a Josep Sol\u00e9 por parte de Stepienybarno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los temas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en lo que se alcanz\u00f3 un mayor consenso <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fue la apuesta por medidas pasivas en los edificios y la importancia de intervenir en el parque edificatorio ya existente. De hecho, se habl\u00f3 m\u00e1s de una vez <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sobre la necesidad de<\/span> <b>medidas espec\u00edficas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">al respecto<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fueron muchas las ideas que se sucedieron de manera enlazada y complementaria: <\/span><b>Bruno Sauer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, director general de <\/span><b>GBCe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0coment\u00f3 que, por desgracia, se ha tardado m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en que la sostenibilidad est\u00e9 presente en el debate arquitect\u00f3nico de <\/span><b>obra nueva <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e incidi\u00f3 en la necesidad de evitar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que pasen otr<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s tantos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00f1os<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para que tambi\u00e9n lo est\u00e9 en el \u00e1mbito de la <\/span><b>rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abQuiz\u00e1 m\u00e1s que una <\/span><b>subvenci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un peque\u00f1o coste sobre el usuario ser\u00eda m\u00e1s eficaz para incentivar la mejora de los edificios. Se hace en otros pa\u00edses y funciona.\u201d Apunt\u00f3 Sauer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De hecho, hubo bastante unanimidad en que <\/span><b>las subvenciones para mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los edificios tampoco es el camino a seguir. Xavier Casanovas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fue especialmente cr\u00edtico en este punto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, es importante resaltar que durante estos a\u00f1os se han perdido muchas oportunidades de mejorar edificios construidos hace 30 o 40 a\u00f1os. Se han hecho muchas intervenciones en cubiertas y fachadas, sin tener en cuenta<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se coment\u00f3 que cuando se va a renovar una fachada de un edificio, es fundamental que cliente y t\u00e9cnicos tengan claros qu\u00e9 criterios de sostenibilidad conviene aplicar. Estas medidas suponen <\/span><b>un aumento de coste muy peque\u00f1o <\/b><b>respecto al beneficio<\/b><b> que aporta al edificio.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Espa\u00f1a se rehabilitan m\u00e1s de 20.000 viviendas al a\u00f1o, que son muy poquitas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en comparaci\u00f3n con las m\u00e1s de 200.000 que ser\u00edan deseables<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para cumplir compromisos internacionales todos los expertos coincidieron <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que <\/span><b>Espa\u00f1a necesita un cambio de modelo radical.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, sali\u00f3 el tema de c\u00f3mo muchas intervenciones <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con<\/span> <b>placas solares<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hab\u00edan resultado totalmente ineficientes y, en muchos casos, un gasto econ\u00f3mico con un retorno en la eficiencia del edificio casi nulo. Aun as\u00ed, evidentemente, tambi\u00e9n hubo consenso en la necesidad de <\/span><b>seguir apostando por las energ\u00edas renovables. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eso s\u00ed, en varios momentos se puso sobre la mesa que un edificio normal, con un buen uso del habitante, puede ser m\u00e1s eficiente que un edificio con medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuyos usuarios act\u00faan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sin ning\u00fan tipo de conciencia ecol\u00f3gica. En cualquier caso,<\/span><b> la combinaci\u00f3n positiva del buen uso y las medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, garantizan el gasto casi nulo de energ\u00eda del edificio.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se habl\u00f3 de la importancia de tener en cuenta el <\/span><b>Acuerdo de Par\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 incluso que el propio <\/span><b>protocolo de Kyoto.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, <\/span><b>Elvira Carles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apunt\u00f3 que es fundamental alinearse con las pol\u00edticas europeas y <\/span><b>la regulaci\u00f3n al cien por cien de las emisiones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (actualmente no lo est\u00e1n ni en un 50%). Carles incidi\u00f3 en el acierto de medidas pol\u00edticas que se <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">llevan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aplicando en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y c\u00f3mo desde Europa se nos va a exigir llegar a unos est\u00e1ndares de calidad en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica que no conviene saltarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Jordi Marrot<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, responsable de sostenibilidad en el Colegio de Arquitectos T\u00e9cnicos de Barcelona y <\/span><b>Jordi Mas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, miembro del Grupo de Trabajo por la Rehabilitaci\u00f3n (GTR), aportaron una visi\u00f3n muy fresca sobre el asunto <\/span><b>reclamando medidas innovadoras y recordando que el sector evoluciona muy lento.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es m\u00e1s, todos los ponentes coincidieron en afirmar que el problema no est\u00e1 en los materiales a usar o en la t\u00e9cnica y tecnolog\u00eda necesaria, sino en otros focos como <\/span><b>la financiaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o el hecho de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la mayor\u00eda de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> propietarios y<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comunidades de vecinos no est\u00e9n concienciados <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sensibilizados con esta problem\u00e1tica. La idea de un <\/span><b>Plan Estatal de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en Espa\u00f1a sali\u00f3 con fuerza en el debate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-37203 aligncenter\" justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n el p\u00fablico intervino<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en una l\u00ednea muy similar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a la<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de los ponentes, como fue el caso del arquitecto t\u00e9cnico y experto en comunicaci\u00f3n online <\/span><b>Enrique Alario<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EnriqueAlario\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">@EnriqueAlario<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00abla formaci\u00f3n de los <\/span><b>agentes a pie de obra es muy importante.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La ejecuci\u00f3n en obra hay que cuidarla igual que la pol\u00edtica de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Rehabilitaci%C3%B3nEdificios?src=hashtag_click\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rehabilitaci\u00f3n de edificios<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resulta decisivo, a d\u00eda de hoy, poner encima del tablero el problema que supone encontrarte en obra con gremios que no hilan fino a la hora de ejecutar buenas soluciones constructivas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>El remedio tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 claro: informaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con todo ello, la sesi\u00f3n result\u00f3 clarificadora <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marcar problemas reales que tenemos hoy y ver posibilidades que, por suerte, todav\u00eda son viables y est\u00e1n en nuestra
