Naci\u00f3 \u201cLa f\u00e1brica\u201d y casi 45 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, la estructura ha sido completamente transformada en un hogar \u00fanico y espectacular.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>La f\u00e1brica est\u00e1 situada en las afueras de la ciudad de Barcelona. Construida durante los a\u00f1os de la I Guerra Mundial, era muy contaminante y llevaba cerrada much\u00edsimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Tras a\u00f1os de estar parcialmente destruida, el arquitecto espa\u00f1ol procedi\u00f3 a rodear el exterior de la propiedad con vegetaci\u00f3n, y a transformar el interior en espacios de trabajo y de vivienda muy sencillos y
