Obra de Ensamble estudio.<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En la \u00faltima conferencia que dio Miguel Fisac en el Teatro Infanta Isabel el 13 de diciembre de 2004 con 91 a\u00f1os y la cabeza perfectamente l\u00facida, comparti\u00f3 una especie de testamento arquitect\u00f3nico con el secreto para generar una buena arquitectura. Para Vitrubio en el siglo I la Arquitectura deb\u00eda responder a tres cuestiones b\u00e1sicas para considerarse como tal: \u201c<strong>UTILITAS<\/strong>\u201d (cumplir un programa, servir a un fin), \u201c<strong>FIRMITAS<\/strong>\u201d (ser estable al paso del tiempo) y \u201c<strong>VENUSTAS<\/strong>\u201d (adentrarse en el misterioso mundo de la belleza).\u00a0 Para Fisac, sin embargo, la buena Arquitectura deb\u00eda responder a cinco preguntas que son una evoluci\u00f3n de las de Vitruvio: \u201c<strong>QU\u00c9<\/strong>\u201d (que atiende a un acertado y \u00fatil programa de necesidades), \u201c<strong>QUI\u00c9N<\/strong>\u201d (que presta atenci\u00f3n a quienes la habitar\u00e1n con todas sus dimensiones), \u201c<strong>D\u00d3NDE<\/strong>\u201d (que entiende, respeta y pone en valor el genio del lugar), \u201c<strong>C\u00d3MO<\/strong>\u201d (que se centra en la materializaci\u00f3n de la idea construida) y finalmente un \u201c<strong>NO S\u00c9 QU\u00c9<\/strong>\u201d (que distingue las obras que merece la pena visitar y retener en la memoria de las que no).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Acceder al Post <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3glyRE9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQU\u00cd<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve un ARQUITECTO \/a?
